Day 1 summer gratitude journal – let’s get started

Day 1 of my summer gratitude challenge! I wanted to get back into journalling in a low barrier way, so I have sought out a bunch of different questions and will be trying to do this in 30 days in a row… will it happen that way? I don’t know but it’s ok if it takes more time. It’s just trying that matters !

I shared a link to my video I shared below, but here are the journal prompts written out:

  1. I am grateful for ______ because ______
  2. Something I am looking forward to today is __________
  3. Share a favourite childhood memory (or if that’s too challenging or brings back hard feelings, share something you enjoy now that makes you feel childlike joy- like bubbles or simple crafts)

I’ll have up a larger post shortly that I will link here eventually that will take you to each day of journal prompts and a larger piece on the benefits of gratitude journalling so stay tuned! And in the meantime, I’m grateful for you!
