Day 6 summer gratitude journal – just joy đź©·

This is day 6 of my summer gratitude journal challenge and It has been a big practice for me to push myself to actually journal regularly. It feels nice though to be able to write down and reflect on positive things (almost like I’m an occupational therapist who encourages gratitude practices for my clients….)! Sometimes it takes time to build a habit, but whether this becomes a habit ongoing or not, it’s beneficial for me right now !

I shared a link to my video I shared below, but here are the journal prompts written out:

  1. I am grateful for ______ because ______
  2. Something I am looking forward to today/tomorrow/this week is __________
  3. Who is someone that you are grateful for today?

If you are thinking about someone specific you’re grateful for why not send them a message or give them a call to let them know you’re thinking about them! Imagine how special getting a message like that can be
