Day 3 summer gratitude journal – Small lessons

Day 3 of my summer gratitude challenge! Even though it is only 3 days into the 30 days, I am celebrating sticking to this commitment for this long (the amount of gratitude journals I have around my house that I’ve forgotten about is sinister). I am continuing with my approach of self compassion and being patient with myself if I do miss a day, because at the end of the day I want to make sure that a positive habit I am trying to explore is not taking over my life. I love a schedule and building a routine so I can keep up with commitments, but if my day is filled with work and fun things and I have to miss a day of journalling, that’s ok! So I hope you can be compassionate with me and with yourself if you are following along with me 🙂

I shared a link to my video I shared below, but here are the journal prompts written out:

  1. I am grateful for ______ because ______
  2. Something I am looking forward to today/tomorrow/this week is __________
  3. Something that I have learned recently that has changed my life

As the days go on I am going to try to make the reflection questions a bit deeper and more reflective to help build a strong reflection practice as well as reflect on gratitude so stay tuned

If you click here it will take you to the larger gratitude journal post where you can catch up with Day 1 and 2 and follow along with the rest of the challenge 🙂
